Doug Rye has been preaching the gospel of energy efficiency for nearly 30 years. For the last 14 years, he's been spreading the word through his popular "Home Remedies" radio show, which can be heard on stations across the country, including Arkansas, and through energy seminars he hosts nationwide. Since 1997, Doug, who lives in Mabelvale, Ark., has worked as a consultant for the Electric Cooperatives of Arkansas to promote energy efficiency to cooperative members statewide.
