Important Notice: Before making a purchase pursuant to the tax credit, GE recommends that the consumer have a tax professional review the consumer's current tax situation and subsequent eligibility for the tax credit as certain income limits and restrictions may apply.

Arkansas Energy Office rebates will be awarded on a first-come, first served basis until the allocated program funds are depleted.  Rebates are mail-in and the customer receives the rebate check.  Program will end April 30, 2012 whether or not all funds have been expended.  Consumers will be subjected to the first-come, first-served condition AND the April 30, 2012 deadline.
