PUBLIC NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLICIT BID PROPOSALS FOR STANDARD CLASS STEEL TRANSMISSION POLES
Bids will be received by Arkansas Electric Cooperative Corporation (AECC) until October 16, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. (central time zone), at its office located at 1 Cooperative Way, Little Rock, Arkansas 72209, at which time and place the proposals will be publicly opened and read.

Bidders acknowledge that this RFP is subject to the Build America, Buy America Act (BABA), Pub. L. No. 117-58, §§ 70901-52.
